Tana is a workspace where your team, AI agents, and shared context come together around meetings. You join a native video call, and AI agents with live tool access work alongside you during the conversation. Everything produced during the meeting, from decisions and tasks to drafted pull requests and customer journeys, lands in a persistent context graph that your team and future agents can query and build on.
The context graph serves as your organizational memory. When the same person, company, or topic appears across multiple meetings, Tana proposes merging them into a single record rather than creating separate entries. You can accept or reject these merge proposals, which keeps the graph accurate instead of accumulating duplicate or contradictory information.
Agents are configured through skills, which are codified workflows that determine what tools and integrations the agent uses. You describe what you want in plain language and Tana generates the skill for you. The platform connects to GitHub, Linear, Jira, Slack, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Outlook, and supports MCP for connecting to almost any tool. You can also use a botless meeting agent to capture context from external Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet calls.
