Decktopus is an AI presentation tool that takes a text prompt and builds a complete slide deck around it. You type something like “a 10-slide pitch for our seed-stage AI startup” and the tool writes the copy, picks images, and applies a layout. You can also paste in your own content and let it format everything.

The tool applies your brand colors, fonts, and logo automatically once you upload them. Teams can share templates, manage decks by department, and connect Decktopus to other tools through Zapier. The Pro plan includes 9,000 AI credits per year (roughly 300 presentations), while the Business plan adds slide analytics, custom domains, and organization-wide controls.

Decktopus also generates speaker notes, suggests icebreakers, builds Q&A sections for audience interaction, and converts PDFs into editable presentations. The editor is web-based with a drag-and-drop interface.
